We can confirm with full responsibility that in accordance with the provisions (Food and Drug Administration) contained in 21 CFR § 177.2600 "Reusable rubber articles", the Gambit AF-FDA gasket sheet can be used  for contact with all food products in the temperature range up to 260 ° C.
