GAMSPIR® spiral wound gaskets
Spiral wound gasket GAMSPIR type consists of a profiled steel strip with an alternately wound soft-elastic material tape. Depending on the application, we manufacture spiral gaskets in various configurations of the ring seating.
They are recommended in petrochemical plants, refineries, chemical, energy installations and wherever high operating parameters must be accompanied by high reliability.
Thanks to its structure, spiral wound gaskets combine the advantages of thermal resistance and elasticity of steel with the sealing qualities of PTFE soft-material tape or expanded graphite. GAMSPIR gaskets are characterized by high blowout resistance and non-flammability.

Depending on the type of soft-material tape:
Temperature: -200÷550°C
Pressure: to 16 MPa
Non-standard size gaskets are produced upon request.

GAMSPIR® Manufactured from a spirall wound stainless steel tape and a filler without rings. Standard thickness of a gasket is 4.5 mm. GAMSPIR gasket is applied in a tongue and groove flange joints (type C/D and E/F). |

GAMSPIR® I Spiral wound gasket GAMSPIR® with an inner ring. Such a solution prevents the gasket from highly aggressive or oxidizing media, as well as from excessive distortion caused by assembly clamp. GAMSPIR® I is applied for flange joints type E/F. |

GAMSPIR® O Spiral wound gasket GAMSPIR® with an outer centring ring. Such a solution prevents the gasket from blowout in high pressures and from too strong compression of the gasket. Additionally it facilitates concentric assembly of the gasket. |

GAMSPIR® IO Spiral wound gasket GAMSPIR® with an inner and outer (centring) ring. Thanks to such a solution the gasket features very high resistance to compression and easy assembly. |
