GAMSEAL cut gaskets

Flat gaskets are cut from Gambit AF gasket sheet series, which are aramid-elastomer sheets without reinforcement or additional metal reinforcements. They are used to seal static joints, as well as fl ange joints when each segment of a system is connected to another.

Working parameters and calculating coeffi cients are consistent with data referring to Gambit AF gasket sheets – see the catalogue of AF sheets.

WORKING CONDITIONS (PARAMETERS):
Depending on a type of an AF series gasket sheet. The detailed conditions can be found in the catalogue of AF sheets.

GAMSEAL

Gasket cut from aramid-elastomer gasket sheets. The most commonly used type of gasket, characterized by its versatility and the ability to achieve high tightness even with a relatively small assembly clamp.

GAMSEAL O

Outer eyelet gasket with acid-resistant steel or copper. Such a solution secures the sealing material from an influence of surrounding medium (usually air) and reinforces the gasket mechanically.

GAMSEAL I

Inner eyelet gasket with acid-resistant steel or copper. Such a solution secures the sealing material from an influence of sealed medium and reinforces the gasket mechanically.

GAMSEAL IO

Inner and outer eyelet gasket. Metal secures a gasket material from negative influence of sealed medium, surrounding medium and mechanically reinforces a gasket.

GAMSEAL TF

Gasket made of an AF sheet enveloped with PTFE. The outstanding chemical resistance of PTFE secures a gasket from a chemical influence of sealed medium and an elastic material inside guarantees maintenance of assembly stress, assuring tightness throughout the whole exploitation period.

GAMSEAL Z

Gasket material additionally reinforced with metal mesh. Such a construction improves resistance to changing conditions of inner pressure and increases resistance to surface stress. In order to obtain tightness, a higher assembly clamp is required.

remarks:
All metallic eyelet gaskets are made for the thickness of 2 mm only. We produce outer metallic eyelet gaskets from the diameter of 200 mm.

All information in this catalogue is based on years of experience in manufacture and use of the discussed products. Since sealing performance in the joint is subject to multiple factors such as mounting method, system parameters, and sealed medium, technical parameters specified herein are of informative nature only and cannot be used as grounds for any claims; any special uses of products are subject to consulting with the manufacturer.
