The highest standard of gasket measurements - a new measuring device

To control the punching process, we purchased and launched a specialized measuring machine for seals of the Japanese company Keyence. Within a few seconds, this machine allows you to measure and compare with the drawing up to several dozen dimensions of the cut gasket. He is also able to concurrently state whether all of these dimensions are within the assumed tolerance field. Test reports can be generated from each of the measurements, but also from the series of measurements.

Thanks to the new measuring machine, we are able also to copy even the most complex shapes of gaskets, generate a drawing of the gasket based on the measurements, and then cut a copy of the gasket sent.
