DIMENSIONS:
Full range of dimensions, including gaskets of any shape. We also cut gaskets of any shape according to a drawing, whole and in parts, joined afterwards with round joints.
We manufacture gaskets according to the 14th class of accuracy in consistency with PN – EN ISO 286 – 2 , PN – EN 22768 – 1
TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION:

GAMSEAL
A gasket cut from aramid-elastomer sheets. The most frequently used gasket type that is versatile and has an ability to reach high tightness with a relatively low assembly clamp.

GAMSEAL Z
Gaskets reinforced with a metal mesh Gasket material additionally reinforced withmetal mesh. Such a construction improves resistance to changing conditions of inner pressure and increases resistance to surface stress. In order to obtain tightness, a higher assembly clamp is required.

GAMSEAL I
Cladded with acid-resistant steel or copper from the inside. Such a solution secures the sealing material from an infl uence of sealed medium and reinforces the gasket mechanically.

GAMSEAL O
Cladded with acid-resistant steel or copper from the outside. Such a solution secures the sealing material from an infl uence of surrounding medium (usually air) and reinforces
the gasket mechanically.

GAMSEAL IO
Inner and outer cladding made of metal secures the gasket material from negative infl uence of sealed medium and surrounding medium. Double cladding mechanically
reinforces the gasket.

GAMSEAL TF
A gasket made of an AF sheet enveloped with PTFE. The outstanding chemical resistance of PTFE secures the gasket from a chemical infl uence of sealed medium and the elastic material inside guarantees maintenance of assembly stress, assuring tightness throughout the whole exploitation period
OTHER NON-METAL GASKETS CUT FROM GASKET SHEETS:
-
Fibra: Tmax 150˚ C, pmax 1 MPa
-
Expanded graphite: Tmax 550˚ C, pmax 18 Mpa
-
PTFE: Tmax 250˚ C, pmax 6 MPa
-
Thermogambit: Tmax 800˚ C, pmax 20 Mpa
CALCULATING COEFFICIENTS
They depend on applied gasket sheet type. Our offer comprises of a lot of sheet types which allows for choosing an economically and technically optimum sheet. Calculating coeffi cients are available at our website: here...
